Turn Picture Frame into Earring Holder.

Here's my latest project. I turned an old picture frame into an earring holder. My girls love to go through my jewelry box and they always lose my stuff. Now they cant reach my jewelry!
This project started at Goodwill! Yep I found this really old ornate picture frame at Goodwill. I only paid 4 dollars for the frame. Then i got some wire (like the wire you use to make flower bouquets) and tole from the dollar tree. I already had white paint, a paint brush and a wood staple gun so my total cost for this project was 6 dollars..

1. Paint frame and let it dry.
2. Measure and cut wire. Leave some space to make a knot in the end of the wire on each end.
3. Make knot in one end of the wire. Then start wrapping the tole around the wire. Only do a few inches then use a wood stapler to staple the wire to the wood
4. Finish wrapping the tole around the entire wire and cut the end of the tole. Wrap it pretty tight. (a good idea i wish i would have done is to use two spools of tole and braid the tole and wire.)
5. Make a knot in the end of the wire and staple it to the frame. Repeat for all the hangers.

Gorgeous Jewelry holder! Keeps you organized!
